Jak lovíme

The hunt takes place in central and northern Slovakia, in free-range mountain terrains where red deer populations are strong and well-managed. The highlight is the rut season in September, when stags become vocal and territorial. Hunting is done by stalking or from high seats, often at sunrise or sunset. All hunts are guided by experienced local professionals and follow legal and ethical standards.

Byl to můj první lov medvěda a kde jinde lovit než ve slovinských horách. Večer, kde posed připomínal spíš malou chatku, byl tichý a napjatý. Když se medvěd konečně objevil, jako by se čas zpomalil. Zklidnil jsem dech, soustředil se a vystřelil. Rána sedla čistě. Silný okamžik, následovaný úlevou, medvěd zhasl po 30 metrech.
